ok... today is a day of determination!!!

i went swimming for an hour!! i feel sooo good!
and the best thing is --- it's free!!!
i feel so much more toned

one must take advantage--i mean, it is coming out of our tuition

i also made a promise to myself -- i have to "own" glycolysis by tomorow

can i do it? i guess, we'll find out tomorow
